Our Menu
Fresh fish and seafood of the day from the Cantabrian Sea, rice dishes, meat dishes and homemade desserts.
Catch of the day from our own boat
Almost everything on this menu came through Cudillero harbour the same morning. Our boat, La Felisina, fishes the Cantabrian Sea and lands here: that is why the catch of the day really is the catch of that day, and why it changes with what came in.
That is also why some things have a fixed price and others say «market price». Shellfish and large fish are sold by weight, as at the auction; everything else carries a price per serving.
What to eat at each time of year
The season decides: shellfish is at its best in the cold months, rock fish and larger pieces run better from spring to autumn, and the slow-cooked stews and fabada are there all year. If you have something particular in mind, call ahead and we will tell you what came in that day.

Questions about the menu
How much does it cost to eat here?
Every dish on this menu carries its price, so you can work it out before you come. Shellfish and large fish are sold by weight, as at the fish auction, which is why they show as «market price»: the amount depends on what came in that day and on the piece you choose. If you want a firm figure, call us and we will give you one.
Is there a set lunch menu?
We work à la carte. For groups and celebrations we do put together set menus to order: tell us how many you are and what you have in mind and we will send a proposal with its price.
Do I need to book a table?
It is strongly recommended, especially at weekends, in summer and for groups of eight or more. We serve lunch and dinner at these times: Monday to Saturday: 13:30 – 16:00 and 20:30 – 22:00 · Sunday: 13:30 – 16:00. You can book from this site or by calling us.
Do you have allergen information?
Yes. All our dishes may contain substances that cause allergies or intolerances, and the dining-room staff have the details for each one: tell us when you order and we will go through them dish by dish.
Are there gluten-free options?
A good part of the menu — grilled fish, shellfish, meat — is prepared without flour. Even so, let us know when you book or when you sit down so the kitchen can allow for it and we can confirm exactly which dishes work for you.
Can I eat here with my dog?
It depends on the part of the dining room and on how busy we are, so we would rather confirm before you come: call or write and we will tell you whether we can seat you that day.
Where does the fish come from?
From our own boat, La Felisina, which fishes the Cantabrian Sea and lands at Cudillero harbour. That is why the catch of the day changes: it is literally what came in that morning.
Can I eat here without staying at the hotel?
Of course. The restaurant is open to everyone, whether you are staying with us or just coming for lunch or dinner. We have our own car park, which is no small thing in Cudillero.
